A great modification to both our invitation success rate and our job visibility would be to tie our email invitation system in with our jobs section (as well as events and resources) such that an email could contain a link to engage with these objects on WiserEarth and generate a user account in a single click. Like eVite, event RSVPs could allow but not require an invited individual to use the site more fully. As far as job postings go, it would be a huge new tool to offer organizations reluctant to devote man-hours to engaging with the WiserEarth community. Using our Job posting feature would then become not only a posting designed for our current users but for anyone (and make it easy for job hunters to join all at once!).
