I'd like to start with INDIA AND AFRICA

I think we will have most success in India. We do have some Pakistani participation now, but the Pakistanis are totally distracted by hugely important but internal issues, so when they write in the Dialog it will always be about Pakistan, and therefore not as suitable as it might be. India has a huge online population that speaks English.
Anyone else have an opinion? I suppose we might say Europe is a better target, and it is, I expect as far as recruitment of participants goes. Going that direction does get us more global, but emphasizes the West as the core, while India gives us East/West balance right away. How about India as our major with a minor in Europe? |
