Who is interested in cradel to cradle solutions for domestic water systems? Who has any experience with such systems, i.e. domestic systems where plant nutrients are not disposed of as wastewater but used for food production and carbon for energy production locally? I am working on such technologies and would be interested in an exchange with architects, urban planners, agronomists (perma-culture, organic farming)...

I am interested in applications of algae farming for removing unwanted pollutants from water and creating energy. I am in contact with a pilot project here in central VA where they are making algal coal, fertilizer, and working on algal liquid synthetic gasoline! Many of these applications are already cost effective. I would love to see how this technology fits in with the clean water picture.
