Community Currency Specs
1. all communities over 1 million people could quality for "official" community currency status so as to keep control of counterfeiting
2. Development of an overseeing community currency board
3. Edmonton money for instance
4. creation of a new wallet with two bill folds one for 24 nation money and one for community currency
5. Globally there are about 400 or so current cities that would qualify.

this is a water shed moment
communities of the earth in conjunction with the UNIECOBUDGET
would be wise to start a second community currency layer
in conjunction with the global currencies to help through the transition
period 1000 years
