It would be much easier to invite people to use WiserEARTH if you could connect to and get e-mail addresses from your main e-mail account.

Can you describe in greater details on what you mean by "connect to and get email addresses from your main e-mail account"?

I think Jessica is saying she'd like to be able to transfer her e-mail contact list automatically onto WiserEarth, as some sites allow, so that she could more easily send invitations. I'll send this feedback to the web team.

This would be a nice feature, and it's something we'll have to look into to gauge the degree of difficulty in implementing a feature that can pull in email addresses from your email providers.

I agree, this would likely result in an exponential growth in membership. Many dozens of networking and communication sites have implemented this feature including LinkedIn, Facebook and MySpace.
