When I click edit, the whole list comes up and it won't allow me to delete! What am I doing wrong? I've changed my mind about what my focus is.

Hey, Fostertlu: When you click "'Edit" next to Areas of Focus, you should get two boxes side by side. The left one contains available Areas, and the right one is the ones you have selected. Above them should be two small green boxes "Add" and "Remove". If you don't have those things showing, something is indeed wrong and you'll need some tech help. "MichaelK" is one of the NCI/WiserEarth folks who can help. He'll see this soon. Or you could be philosophical about it, and just be assured that you know what your focus is.... Naaw....! Hi fosterlu, as David said, the box on the right lists the aofs you selected... so in your case, you should see a list beginning with Advertising followed by Alternative Fuels...
Select the focus you want to remove, and then click the "Remove" button. Thanks for letting us know you had trouble, I don't think you are the first. Perhaps we can do more to improve the design. Good to see you around the forums David! |
