I envision the opportunity to do bioremediation on the site.
When Barlow owned it, there was contamination and since the site
is so close to the Laguna, it was important to cleanse the effluent
before it flowed into the Laguna.
I know the person who designed this system with Bacteria, and he is
an ally and a resource.
I envision the cultivation of mushrooms for bioremediation on site
and the integration of mycofilters and mycoremediation installations
to transform the site into a fertile place.
This could also involve the use of worms and other plant and animal species
that are capable of transforming organic material into fertility.
I love the idea of a regenerative model in action,
Let's make this happen!

I want to help create a living embodiment of a regenerative culture, a humanity that leaves a positive trace. I want to channel my life's purpose in shared space with others following their truth and connecting through authentic, inspired passion.

This is a new structural model, as well as a new paradigm of human exchange. By democratizing ownership, we become both the benefactor and the beneficiary, spiraling waves of reciprocal benefits through simplification and synergization.

How many tools do we each need? What if we started to share????

The laundromat is my classic example. Rather than buying my own machine, I can invest in one collectively-- paying much less-- yet others who benefit from the machine I bought pay to use it when those of us who bought it are not using it. Over time, this resource that could have been a large expense for myself, now becomes a profit-generating benefit for myself and others!

Now imagine we are doing this with solar panels, electric vehicles, organic food, housing, offices etc.-- what if the owners were no longer at the top of the pyramid? What if resources were distributed equally... generating mutual abundance vs. inequality and scarcity.

We are forming a cooperative that regenerates community benefits by bridging people's authentic interests and needs into the collective manifestation of the life we all dream!
