Thanks for reporting this. This is clearly spam. We have deleted the user account (Joel11) immediately after receiving a spam report. Next time you ever receive such message, just click on "Mark as spam" in your WE inbox to get one of WE admins on it.
Apologies for the inconvenience. We're figuring out ways so as not to have spam in the first place, which is not exactly easy to do. So, reports from the community definitely help us a lot.
