In the search box on job posting pages, can we add areas of focus found based on keywords or words in the profiles of organizations associated with the areas but prioritize them based on number of connections?

Oh, forgot to mention, the purpose of this would be to align the areas of focus of jobs with the associated organization. An alternative would be to automatically populate areas of focus based on domain name input for a job or upon connection to the employer. Comments?
