Hey, all:

This seems to fall into a grey area, but it appears at the very least the emphasis as currently stated leans too hard on the missionary/proselytizing angle. As a thought test, if they had to do one or the other, would they choose supplying clean water to indigent people, or would they prefer the missionary work?

I took this group out of scope because they seem primarily proselytizing. For example:

LWI exists to demonstrate the love of God by providing desperately needed clean water and medical attention, along with the "living water" of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.

and

While physical water is necessary for physical life, the living water of the Spirit of God is necessary for spiritual and eternal life. Consider the fact that the people who are without access to clean water also live on less than a dollar a day and have had the least exposure to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

To them there is only one type of personal development, and that is the acceptance of Jesus Christ. That is not social justice or human rights protection.
