So I'm curious how one of these groups that we create actually becomes a listed Area of Focus.
I've created a Biodynamic Agriculture group here in the Stewards group in hopes to have it as one of the general Focus Areas. BD ag definitely deserves its own AoF on the main page, BD is not only distinctly different than Organic Ag, but preceeds all other organic practices (permaculture, bio-intensive, etc.), and it entails a whole language set and philosophy that is worthy of its own thang.

Hi Patrick, I suggest first adding Biodynamic Agriculture - related content to your group, such as organizations, resources...perhaps a video? Anything that helps other users to understand this topic.  I can't make promises, but I think past areas of focus were created because users not only had strong arguments for it, but because there were WiserEarth users who took some time to contribute to it.
