I'd love to create some energy around the topic of Daily Practice since it's up for me.

I'm curious...Do YOU have a daily practice?
I'm refering not just to YOGA but anything intentional,
which you do each day, that allows you to drop into Self Content and Self Inquiry.
I feel especially curious to know what you do as a practice for your body, this is not my exclusive inquiry...but how do you keep the energy of your body in fluidity.

As well, what is your relationship to meditation?
Meditation in any form...
aside from the seated in stillness and mindlessness with the breath....
are there things in your daily life that you succesfully experience with that quality?

The Art of Maintaining a Daily Practice is That: It itself is an Art. If a person has no boundaries to undertaking a daily practice, such as serious health concerns, or concerns in the level of basic sustenance, then it is only Ignorance and Enthusiasm that prevents such actions.

A Daily Practice of Yoga, Meditation, or (Seriously), something similar, is the fundamental ground of positive personal and social growth. It can not be underestimated how important and impactful daily practice is.

My relationship to daily practice, as I deal with a health condition, is this:

In my knowledge of Ayurveda, I know the optimal times to practice: Early morning before breakfast, noontime, the afternoon before dinner, and evening before bed. If I cannot find the motivation to practice in ONE of those time slots, my bad. A minister once said to me," If you don't have the motivation to practice, then take the time to sit with why you lack the motivation." There are honestly some days, when I don't want to be alone, or I've been too isolated, that my practice digresses into the realm of exclusively following an Ayurvedic routine: Getting enough exercise, eating well, and staying involved and social. Some days, that is my practice, my ground of sanity. Other days, I can place myself directly in the womb of the Creator and embody the Sacred Energy. That's what I live for; That, and sharing That. :)

I love you Grace...look forward to seeing you upon your return.
