The 14th amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law.

However the language of the criminal provisions of 18 USC 2421, 18 USC 242, 18 USC 245 and 18 USC 246 remove the protection from many people because of the lack of inclusion or the requirement of "racial" wrong doing in the provision.
