This type of idea is totally feasible and one I'm hugely in favour of. I also believe that we do actually have most of the capacity in the class that we'd need to tackle a renewable project somewhere. We need to ask questions of where and why?
Does it have to be a business or could an NGO structure be the way to go. Denmark is really proactive in this area in developing countries so we are well placed to investigate synergies there as well. |

I've just uploaded an rough outline of the project in which I (a) try to explain why I would still like to call it RE Business Project and (b) make a first suggestion how we could structure the project. Both points are open for discussion. Now with the integration of Idéfabriken in the LUMES curriculum and a longer time frame for the projects the kick-off phase is getting even more important. So, critizise everything and even question the very basic structure of the project if you are not convinced!
As we haven't met until now I may try to announce a meeting tomorrow after the lecture in the morning or I try to convince everybody to discuss things in this forum :) Jonas |
Is this idea a utopia, or can we do it?
I'd like to meet all the people who are interested in this idea of Idéfabriken to develop the "How?" a little further. As soon as I have some time I will post another document with more details.
My suggestions for the first meeting are Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after lunch.
If you are interested comment on this post and give your time preference.
