My first thought is that we shouldn't add much content to this high level Heifer Group.  Instead we will make smaller sub-groups for each region. 

The sub-groups will be populated my Regional Staff like Isaak for the NW region.  Then each region will have sub-groups for their community.  This should be the place for most volunteers to post their thoughts, notes, ideas, etc.....

We will start with this plan and see how it goes.  Keep the ideas coming!
