Hi Pamela,
That's an interesting dilemma right there, possibly the first time we have heard such a issue come up. In such a case, there isn't a procedure for you to force the two groups to delist your organization. If it becomes a problem where you would rather not have the group associate with your organization, I would contact the group administrators and see if there's a reason why they have chosen to include your organization. Perhaps they have former staff members in the group, or perhaps they found your organization on WiserEarth and wanted to bookmark it as a valuable resource. Whichever the case, I would check in with them first, but do let us know if conflict arises. I will be happy to follow up on this issue as needed.
Thanks, Honore Louie Release Manager, WiserEarth |

Hey Pamela, (oops! apologies for not checking properly)
Yes, that's somewhat an oversight from us when we added groups to our site. There are technical design reasons why groups weren't included in the network feature, and it's something that I think we will be addressing soon. But I'm glad you brought it up - it always helps to hear from our community of users of things that aren't quite as they should. Gives us much more insight into what items should be prioritized higher on our to-do list for our development team. I'll drop you a line as I hear back more on how our team might go about remedying this oversight.
Cheers, Honore |

OK, thank you!

It's an odd design because I can edit or remove individuals or events or organizations etc. from linking to the organization -- and as an individual I can opt in and out of a group -- but I can't opt our organization out of a group without asking the group's administrator to unlink us.
Thanks

Greetings all
I am the deputy director of an organization that is listed as participating in 2 groups that we are not associated with. How do I unlink my organization from these groups?
Thanks
