You sometimes simply need to reload the page for it to show up right away.

Hi, I'm having the same problem as Celeste. I can change the logo with set avatar, but as soon as I leave the page, the old logo comes back. How did you solve this problem? Suzanne

@Celeste: I've escalated this to our developer who will make the switch between logos hopeful in the next bit. Tell us here if the problem is solved. Best, Angus

Hi Bowo No the picture you have in your reply is the old logo. We cant get the new logo to load, although we have it in the file and photo area. Will check image size - but it is in the file area already.... What specifically happens is that the logo loads on the change logo page, but once we leave it the old logo is still present. I've even deleted the old photo from the photo area, but still it remains as the logo. Wer tried several version of the new logo but none of them worked. Yes Firefox.

That's funny. I just tried changing the logo of my test group. Works ok and immediately. Was it because the size of the image you used was too large?
Is this your new logo? If so, it seems there's a delay sometimes when setting a new logo... If not, then I'll have to ask the tech team to look into this. I assume you were on Firefox?

In the group Blue Mountains Permaculture, we are trying to change the logo. Using the Change Logo setting we have loaded a new logo, but using the link at the top of the image "Set Avatar" doesn't seem to hold once the Change Logo page is left. Several admins have tried and failed to get it to work Cheers Celeste |
