Hi Jean-Paul,
Yes, it's pretty annoying for me too. We've taken note of this for a fix in the future.
A workaround is to click "Show History" on the pencil icon menu of the chatterbox. It will list all comments made sans scroll bar. Better probably to open it in a new tab, so you can post comment in the chatterbox while referencing past comments.

You're right! I didn't realized that it's visible only to group admins... So there's no other way than to fix this then.

Hello,
Currently :
When I want to read a serie of messages on the Chatterbox, I use the scroll on the right.
But an automatic system set it back to the last message, within some seconds.
Expected :
Solution 1 : To remove this automatic system and replace it by a text explaining "Here is the last message" on the top or the bottom of the Chatterbox window.
Solution 2 : To have enough time to read the message.
