We need to create a city grid motion detector devices that can be easily implimented by power companies or city districts to control the use of lights during certain time periods. Streets lamps that are constantly on during the evening that has little traffic, need motions sensors to trigger on and off. This would reduce a considerable amount of resources needed to power city grids and produce less light pollution. LED energy efficient technology with different shades of color can also contribute to conserving our valuable resources.
