What would cause me to want gather again is still somewhat vague however. All of our various organizations do great work and our valuable to our communities and i feel it is great to be able to gather together with people from around the world and discuss our successes, failures, challenges etc. however during these times of economic instability i think it is very important for me personally to know i will be attending a gathering that is going to produce a result that will help my centre in some way. We all do similar work but, at the same time it is also very different as we all face different struggles where we are located and to me the gathering offered a place to talk to others face to face who can provide you with solutions to the unique situations and problems you may be dealing with.
I think it would be great for everyone to have the opportunity over the next year to let others know what challenges we are facing prior to us possibly meeting again, and then potentially having some people come together and make a format that would help us hopefully come up with answers to our problems that we need solved. i also think we should use this same opportunity over the year to talk about our successes that are transferable to other organizations so that they could be matched up with the centres who may be dealing with this problem. To me being able to meet up with people around this would be a reason i would attend again.
Others i am sure have other burning issues which would cause them to meet in a years time and i think it would be great to combine them all. I don't know what support i can offer but i am extremely appreciative of the knowledge and connections i made while in zimbabwe and strongly feel that future gatherings are needed and with so many committed people working together i am sure they will.

for me the purpose has been clear and is still clear :) the purpose that will call me to come to another AoLC is to sit in our humanity and diversity and share our life journeys, reflect and learn about our evolution on this planet, cultivate the seeds we are carrying, stand together in solidarity, strengthen our shared vision of a sustainable world and that it is actually possible, to gain new clarity on unfolding paths and possibilities, to gain a higher vision on the big picture, to cook and share meals... I rather evolve from a point of continous search for collective meaning and purpose and simply live this meaning and purpose while physically together... :)
