Is it just me? I've noticed this for at least a day, sporadically. Maybe I should just eat my cookies... I mean delete my cookies.
(and I'm having a hard time posting this... I hope it does not create a bunch of threads)

@sicjedi: Yes, we are doing a Symphony Upgrade which is taking some time / creating some performance issues.
