A couple other organizations that are working in Yangon and the neighboring townships in particular that you can donate to. 

 

I know both of them personally.  The first is a local NGO music school that does a lot of outreach work to orphanages and monestaries and is now focused only on disaster relief. 

 

The other is a group that has been involved with various aspects of conflict resolution and community building in Myanmar for the last 15 years or so and is based right in Yangon.  Both are sending out updates on the situation.
