Inexplicably, I am unable to find certain events I would like to link to organizations or other searches for the purpose of linking entities together. I can find the page for these objects through other means but there is no way to connect them together it seems. What's going on and how do we fix it?

There might have been a search engine malfunction at the time, or you might've tried to connect events right away. But events don't usually show up in the search immediately after being entered.

We're about to push a fix for records being immediately indexed when they're created. After we do this, you should be able to find any record right after you create it. Hopefully, this will be live in the next couple of days.
