who is the portal editor and how do you propose a feature or link?

Hi Pam,
Anyone can become an editor and contribute to portal design/layout/content. All you have to do is ask an administrator (Peggy, Adam, or Honore, for example) for editor status and you can easily add or edit content yourself.
