In setting up my profile, I did not find a job title describing the work I do. There was an option to "Add a Job," which I did, thinking it would add a job title. Instead, it added a new job posting to the database. This was not my intent. Now I need to remove that job, since it doesn't really exist. But, I can't find a link for removing the posting.

Hi Dwight,
I removed that job posting. In terms of setting the status of an organization, resource, job or event, you would need editor status. This is easily acquired by messaging any of the administrators.

On the larger topic of Job Removal, I'd love to see an "Application Deadline" required field added to the job template, so the job can then be automatically deleted once outdated. Easier said than done, I know.

Thanks, Molly. The application deadline is a good idea. I'd also suggest a means for adding new job titles in the About section.

No progress on this issue thus far I think. I removed three months of old jobs this morning (about ten minutes per month). Whatever my time's worth, this added functionality would save on an ongoing basis, minus the cost of programming of course.
