I imagine that getting this done would have to take the form of new initiatives. But I'd like to make sure that we do this in a way that gets everyone excited, and as much as possible doesn't alienate people.

Hi Hilary,
I am really interested in looking into this as well. I just started law school and from the limited research I've done on landlord-tenant relationship, I don't think there is much on greening the rental industry. But I'll look as soon as I have the time. |
