Here is the original vision put forth by Kevin Danaher - www.globalcitizencenter.org.
The vision is morphing as well as the targeted location for the building to house this incubator. There are a number of solid models to look at including Alliance for Sustainable Colorado - http://www.sustainablecolorado.org/center/ & Center for Interactive Research on Sustainability - http://www.cirs.ubc.ca/building/index.php.
I am talking to Thunderbird (http://www.thunderbird.edu/) about a potential satellite presence here to support international economic development for our emerging industries and companies.
