This is a battery of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders hooked up at the community kitchen in the Jehovah Shammah church in Chennai, India, in Dec 2007,  Every sunday the church serves up a hot, hot vegetarian belly-filling healthy meal after the morning service for a few hundred people. For free.  The cooking is so intense and the draw down of gas so heavy that the cylinders freeze due to the cooling from the latent heat of vaporization.  By submerging the cylinders in hot water, the gas continues to flow.
