Habib's Garden

Connecting People to Weave a Better World

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Steve Habib Rose.  A number of us met this evening and thought that this group would be a fitting tribute. Lets use this group to recognize, honor and appreciate the many gifts and blessings he bestowed on so many of us. Please add yourself and your reflections.

Why not have both of these schools notions?   After reading this article, we can see clearly what we need to do to change.  Adapting both methods of teaching to balance our student's education can be very effective.  I personally, can not say which school is better than the other but I do see we need to change in our view of importance of education and why we need it.  Adapting to learn to trust and honor what is inside of us and connecting young people with who they really are can be successfully done if we can "Be the change you want to see in the world", like as Gandhi said.  It will be utopia educational world if we can have both of these school notions.
