WORKSHOP

A first step to a sustainable future

In this workshop you will learn the first steps towards growing your own organic food and becoming self-sufficient.

 

 

It will include:

  • growing organic vegetable seeds and seedlings according to the seasons;
  • learning about soil, compost, sunlight, water, shelter, pest control and plant food;
  • creating a veggie garden in a container & the knowledge of how to continue this in your own garden.

 

Deb Hurley, Maryanne Bell and Celeste Salter are keen permaculturalists with a passion for growing and nurturing their own organic food and are members of the Blue Mountains Permaculture Network.  To join or for further information contact the network by email at bluemountains@permaculturesydneybasin.org.au.
