About
Our usual planning meeting (details below). Come at 5:45 if you want to eat (bringing a dish is optional -- always plenty of food). Otherwise, come at 7:00 pm.

The purpose of the monthly meeting is to have a regular time, once a month, when we always meet, so we might gather together and continue strengthening our bonds as a Symposium team, check in with the latest that is going on in the wider facilitator community, and to focus on any scheduled Symposiums that we have in our area.
Intended results:
-- Bellies stuffed with excellent food
-- Good vibes from soaking in the good energy of our fellow facilitators
-- Reinvigorated commitment to bringing Symposiums to our area
-- Clarity on what Symposiums are happening in the next few months
-- Discussing any needs Symposium leaders have, and meeting them as best we can
-- Any other business that we want to address.
To these ends, here's my proposed schedule for the meeting:
5:45 -- Soak in good energy as we gather into Lindsay's wonderfully welcome place; unwrap food and prepare for eating
6:00 -- Dive into dinner
7:00 -- Team meeting, with the agenda as follows:
Check ins
Current Symposiums: Unitarian church in Petaluma
Potential Symposiums: SRJC, Sonoma State
Other Agenda items as necessary
8:30 -- Likely partaking of desserts during the final moments of the meeting
9:00 (or so) -- adjourn
