Business and government leaders around the world are increasingly using Mediation as an effective dispute resolution method. While not suited for every type of dispute resolution, Mediation can be an attractive alternative to litigation in a wide area of business and government cases.

The programme is sponsored by Legal Training and Consultancy and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution – the international division of the American Arbitration Association. The Bahrain Ministry of Justice will cooperate with these two respected organizations in presenting a three-day overview of how Courts, Government, Multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises can use Mediation efficiently to resolve disputes.
