Friday night's Opening ceremony includes keynote speakers such as Howard Lyman ( Mad Cowboy) and Jeffrey Smith ( The author of Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette ).
Music by CIPES &The People ( a raw raggae band) and Peter Sterling ( harpist extraordinaire) and truly green cuisine by 10 of the most prolific green chefs we have encountered.
ON Sunday night ( 15th March 2009) at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony ( A Black Tie event) we will be serving a 5 star meal based on local, seasonal vegan and living foods cuisine catered by 5 top chefs.
