About

Over the course of eight weekends, the Institute for Regenerative Leadership (IRL) will expose participants to core principles, elements, and practices for regenerative leadership. This course is being offered on an application basis for the benefit of business, family, and community leaders who desire to refine their ability to connect with and learn from nature itself how to guide long term regeneration in the areas of personal and family development, community, business, and ecology.

Though each weekend has a particular focus, each weekend will also include training in the four key areas of Regenerative Design/Permaculture, nature connection, regenerative culture, and natural leadership. Participants will emerge with a holistic and well-rounded picture of regenerative leadership. Friday evenings will be lecture-based and Saturday days will be experientially-based field days.

Weekend 1 - Pathways to Regenerative Culture

Key topics: An experiential introduction to the four key areas, an overview of a global movement, opening ceremonies, and goal setting workshops
