About

A fun and informative day in the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens with the National Herbalists Association of Australia.

There will be herbalist-guided tours of the Herb Garden, describing history and uses for th herbs planted there so that you can experience these plants from a whole new perspective. The difference between a weed and a herb is a judgement!

Also, there are lectures and presentations throughout the day, held in the Maiden Theatre nearby on the grounds.

The theme this year is Everyday Herbalism, to encourage people to learn how to use herbs in their daily lives as a simple, cheap and sustainable solution to many health issues. There will be herbalists and naturopaths there on the day available to answer questions and queries as to what it is that we can do for you from a professional perspective when more help is needed.
