their perspectives on these questions.
Dr. W. Michael Hanemann is the Director of the California Climate
Change Center at UC Berkeley and Chancellor's Professor of
Environmental Economics and Policy, and Dr. David Lobell is a Senior
Research Scholar at Stanford University's Program on Food Security and
the Environment.
