EBMUD Public Commentary Meetings for the

Water Supply Management Program 2040 Environmental Impact Report

Help shape water policy direction through 2040!

Consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act, EBMUD has published the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Water Supply Management Program 2040 (WSMP 2040). EBMUD invites public comment on the PEIR during the 45 day review period that began on February 19, 2009 and ends on April 6, 2009.

The Draft PEIR is available below in Portable Document Format (PDF) and can be viewed and printed with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free software .
