The project's purpose is to promote and encourage the development of the biomass potential on the Balkans for the production of clean energy and eco-fuels . The main activities of the project are dissemination of information and creating productive environment for exchange of experience, ideas and good practices, for networking and establishing partnerships in the field of bioenergy. This is to be achieved through:
