Connecting People to Weave a Better World

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Steve Habib Rose.  A number of us met this evening and thought that this group would be a fitting tribute. Lets use this group to recognize, honor and appreciate the many gifts and blessings he bestowed on so many of us. Please add yourself and your reflections.

Areas of Focus  [Edit]

About  [Edit]

  • Are you seeking ways to achieve and sustain inspired leadership in a networked and self-organizing world?
  • Are you actively experimenting with new ways of organizing beyond traditional boundaries, forms and organizational structures?

  • Are you exploring ways to engender collective mastery in your organization; i.e. supporting a group of high performing individuals in becoming a high performing team or building a movement responding to the needs of the time?

A new story of how humans organize to accomplish what is meaningful to them is being born among us.  With many exciting experiments already underway, it is a story waiting to be told and lived more widely.
If these subjects speak to you, join us for three days of inquiry into what leadership looks like in a self-organizing world.  The meeting will take place in Open Space, a practice that enables groups of any size to self-organize to accomplish what is important to them.  We’ll experience self-organization even as we inquire into the forces at play.

You’ll join a diverse group of folks from business, non-profit, community, and government organizations, informal networks, musicians, and artists -- including people who are practicing what it means to lead in new ways.
