Fire At IFAT CHINA 2006, 284 exhibitors from 25 countries attracted about 10,000 trade visitors from 66 countries – 83% of them Chinese visitors from all industrial regions throughout China. This was a rise of 13% in exhibitor numbers, compared to the previous event in 2004.
Water The range of products and services on display at the fair is rounded out by a first-class accompanying program including technical-scientific conferences, workshops and presentations, organized by well-known Chinese and European industry associations.
Earth The successful trade show concept of IFAT Munich, the world’s leading international trade fair for environmental solutions, was not only transferred, but especially tailored to the Chinese market. In 2004, IFAT CHINA was launched in Shanghai and is already today a leading international trade fair in Asia for environmental protection.

IFAT CHINA and what it stands for
IFAT CHINA is
the trade fair in Asia covering an extensive range of practice-oriented
solutions in the areas of water supply, sewage, waste disposal,
recycling, air pollution control, environmental technology and natural
energy sources. The exhibition offers an effective business and
networking platform for Chinese and international professionals in the
environmental sector and is accompanied by a first-class
technical-scientific conference program. IFAT CHINA 2006 attracted 284
exhibitors from 25 countries, and approximately 10,000 visitors from 66
countries. The 3rd International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse,
Recycling and Natural Energy Sources is taking place at the Shanghai
New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in China from 23-25 September
2008.
