Tools for Change offers six days of personal development and skills-building for people of all sectors of society at the IofC conference centre in Caux, Switzerland. Further information on the 2009 Caux conference. Participants have an opportunity to examine the core values of Initiatives of Change and their relevance to those working for an inclusive, just and peaceful society. An international faculty  address theory and practice around creating and sustaining positive change. Every activity, including service in the house, contributes to the development of participants in a unified, interactive learning experience.
