About  [Edit]

In 2007, Pam Strickland and Bob MacLeod (Santa Barbara Audubon members) traveled with the National Audubon Society to Churchill, Manitoba, Canada (the "Polar Bear Capital of the World"). There, they photographed and studied the polar bears with Dr. James Halfpenny, one of the world's top ursine researchers and representatives from Polar Bears International. Come to their talk to learn more about the effect of climate change on these exceptional animals though photographs and video.
