New climate protection initiatives in San Francisco

noontime forum, held at SPUR, 312 Sutter St. (at Grant), Fifth Floor,
from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. We are located close to the Powell St. BART
station and several Muni lines.
Feel free to bring a lunch. SPUR Forums are open to the public, free for members and $5 for non-members.
Wade Crowfoot was recently appointed Mayor Newsom's Director of Climate Protection Initiatives. In the wake of Mayor Newsom's pledge to make city government carbon neutral by 2020, come hear the administration's new environmental ideas and plan for making that happen. Wade will discuss green buildings, the carbon tax, and many more initiatives.
