About
Based on the success of the 1st
annual event in 2008, Deepwater Southeast Asia Congress (DSAC) is launching its
2nd annual event in 2009. The economic crisis has greatly affected the ways oil
& gas companies are operating and will potentially change the market dynamics
in the global offshore arena. In this respect, DSAC 09 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will be focus on the commercial aspect of the
deepwater market in S.E. Asia, and will bring more fresh blocks into discussion
including Indian Ocean:
• How to survive the low energy price (esp. oil & gas
price)
• How to achieve greater profitability through effective risk
management & cost mitigation strategy
• Fund raising strategies during the turbulent time
• Review of the investment opportunities: S.E. Asia &
Indian Ocean
• Commercializing FLNG for marginal field
• Introduction of state-of-the-art technologies: drilling,
offshore support, engineering & etc.
