Wiserearth editors I am attempting to re-enter this Wiserearth community and editors and utilize the Wiserearth platform and having some problems with OPPS! messaging!  First am i the only one if so it sucks!  Second I am requesting any editors willing to vouch for my status as an editor in the community to support my commitment of learning and do so by contacting Bowo.  It appears the page necessary in this process as disappeared.  Thanks an looking forward to growing together in designing a new world together.  patric

Well, trying to delete the group called, Rhea County Freecycle Group Rhea County, Tennessee, off of WiseEarth. The other two group owners and I all agree with this. Our group was placed on here, without our knowledge or permission. If Freecycle.org did it. Then, they had no right to do it.

So please delete  this group from Wise Earth. We would appreciate it.

Hello to all editors on Wiserearth,

I have for sometime been a member of the wiserearth Editors where I have been only moderately active mostly because I monitor and make comments and suggestions on many other forums or Blogs out across the Internet. I am trying to be as wide spectrum as I can be in my perspective of our growing and changing world. I know it is highly likely given the new policy changes and requirements for both becoming and remaining an editor out on wiserearth that I will not make for the next cut on the roster as I had said elsewhere I can only give from one to two hours a week at most due to everything else I am involved with and when school hits in March I’m not even sure about this. I tend to stop in here and stop in there across the Internet trying to elicit a more uniform perspective across organizations.

Since this may be my last posting as a Wiserearth Editor I might as well indulge myself to make as constructive comment as can be possible at this time. One of the things I have been seeing “now” verses “then” near the start of wiserearth is a greater preoccupation toward the building and maintenance of wiserearth the Website rather than like a year and a half ago it was the theory or philosophy and discussion in different formats as how to create a Wiserearth the whole of civilization. This is not a criticism by any means I am fully aware as organizations grow they must adapt to the greater demands that are put upon them and in that the mechanics of administration becomes vital. To all Editors on Wiserearth one must stand vigilant to the idea, dream, vision and great hope of an in fact Wiser Earth by way of all of its inhabitants. So be careful just how far you go in bureaucratizing Wiserearth remember to keep the dream alive.

Here is something else. Pursuant to keeping the dream alive I am involved also with what is known as The Zeitgeist Movement. Recently I have made a suggestion to them as perhaps a way that they might if they become willing to do so organize themselves in what I call a Non-Hierarchical framework in what if adopted could become their World Council. It is a rather simple design until you see the totality of disciplines that it covers and this would be let us say the basic model. I have posted it below as I originally posted it to their movement as a webpage keep in mind that the arrows in the design represent knowledge or information flow throughout the system. Anyway I do not see why Wiserearth could not adopt a similar approach or apparatus as an effective platform of operation given the comprehensive global view that is has. The idea is to develop the real world capacity to bring all comers to the table.

Anyway think about it and see you around the frontier,

Randy
