Apologies if this is not thoroughly thought through,
Bowo commented on my suggestion for Bumper Stickers, that WE should try to find a graphic designer who would volunteer to do the artwork.
The people that join WE as individuals would like to help WE and the member organisations, so could SkillSet groups be set up to enable them to volunteer their personal expertise, either online or in person, on request.
These groups could possibly be attached to the Area of Focus Portals

Let me see if I understand correctly. Say a graphic designer wanted to volunteer, they woould somehow register their skills and volunteer interest. Skills would be a new entity - while volunteer area of interest would be the Areas of Focus? This seems to me to a an important part of the wider Needs / Wants discussion also to be found here: Jobs Wanted or Needs/Wants Section + 4. Perhaps we should start a meta Needs / Want Suggestion?
My main concern is that we create something that really meets the WE community needs and doesnt duplicate unnecessarily a whole bunch of volunteering sites. Perhaps we can even piggy back / cross register our needs and wants?
