Reduce Fields for Jobs

Problem: Job records require too many and unnecessary meta data / descriptive fields.
Solution: Based on research of users / non-profit professionals we have been able to determine what fields are considered useful and which are considered unnecessary. Removing these fields may increase number of jobs posted.
