This Permaculture gathering is to share our Permaculture ideas,the possibilities that exists and inspiration of the Permaculture Community with the masses, That being the public. This will be the first year that will be structured in this way.

  The plan is to have all of us coming together from the different regions and guilds of California and beyond; Giving updated reports and presentations throughout the day. That being the guilds of the East bay, SF, Sonoma, Serria guilds, Santa Barbara, etc... having times to 'present' or engage folks in what Permaculture goodness they are up to in their areas.

Mixed within this would be a showcasing of past, present and future Permaculture Design projects, that being the maps, plans and projects that envision the world we wish to live in. If you have a project from your PDC or have worked on since, that you would like to share please let us know!

We are also seeking Individuals who would want to do short 15-30 minute presentations of specific topics, such as food foresting, composting, the social dynamics of Permaculture, and so on. If you are intrested please submit a brief proposal to our design team or add a comment at the bottom of this page.

At one point in the day, we will be leading a design charette to answers some of the pressing questions we face as well as to help with the organization of regional convergences that could happen in their areas within the next 6 months. to greater build the network and strengthen the Alliance.
