1. How did you first learn about WiserEarth?
Most users have heard about WiserEarth through a friend or colleague (27%), 'other' included
different websites and media outlets as well as conferences such as Bioneers and World Social Forum. Blessed Unrest/Paul Hawken continues to drive many users to the site with 19% of respondents citing this as their source of information about the site.

2. What was your main purpose for visiting the site?
Different users visit the site for very different reasons - some to just browse (16%), others to add or find resources (21%), some to join or set up a group (11%). It is interesting that there isn't really one main dominating feature that is used across the site (although resources are quoted the most). Finding information on events seems to be used the least quoted purpose for visiting the site. (5%)

3. Were you able to achieve your purpose?

74% of people were able to find what they needed on the site.
26% said 'no', they couldn't find what they needed/achieve their purpose
The 'No' answers included:
"not that easy to connect with others - see who is part of the group beyond some text"
"site info was not updated"
"not sure where to look"
"event search is difficult and most people aren't posting their events"
"can't find the tab to be able to comment"
"could not get into entry to revise details on our organization"
"Except for the main list of areas, things are not in alpha order"
"there seems no easy to cross reference"
"jobs were listed by city and country but not by state"
"The site is a little harder to navigate than expected"
"it is a very complex site, and i'm not patient"
4. What type of internet connection do you have?
Most users have a high speed connection of some sort (only 4% have dial up).
