Hello, all,
See my comments below. Sorry for the delay. After rhapsodizing about how fabulous it is to have a swiftly-moving team, it was embarassing to be the weakest link. Had a bit of a personnel issue at work and had to drop everything and deal. Hopefully that is now in the past.
Cheers,
R
Hello all (I will e-mail this message to Janelle and Bev separately as they are not yet signed up for WiserEarth)
Below is a first pass at a message to go out from Bev once we have settled on a few details. Issues that need to be resolved are in red. I have no attachment to any of this, so all improvements are welcome. I do think Ramona should do the final edit but others will need to see if this language is in sync with what they are thinking. I am not sure what is the best way of doing a group edit - Doug, can you help? Should this be a discussion? Helen
DG: Since there is no color palet, I made those areas BOLD italics. Note that (INSERT C) can be changed as desired ... I just inserted the current name and link to show how it works. Thanks Helen ;-D

I added Bev and Bill to the Planning Committee list but without their e-mails.
Doug - will the TCP web site be able to handle our meeting registrations? We need a decision-maker or a decision-making process for the name of the meeting! Ramona, can you make this happen? Doug's suggestion in the comment below is fine with me. With the two issues above resolved, the memo will be ready to go out. |

Good Ramona
I like it ... just need to get all to chime in on "TCP Answer the Call in 2008 Northwest Reunion" as the name of the reunion ... the Socialtext wiki page name is another topic on the page "TCP Socialtext wiki page title" |

Okay, all,
I tried something different, and I'm not sure it worked. Grin. But below are my suggested edits. (with one or two comments added in for fun...grin.) |

Basic instructs -- go to the wiki and register by editing the table, or by creating a comment with specific contact information (e.g., name, address, phone, and Fri/Sat arrival) -- it may be asking too much to ask them to enter their information into a table, but we could consolidate comments into a table.
I will start a registration table and instructions on the wiki now ... let me know if it is ok or should be altered ... democracy in action ;-D
